"We had a car issue while on vacation and had to have our van towed to Lakeside Autowerks. When we called on Monday morning, our departure day, the shop was booked and wouldn’t be able to get the van in. After hearing our story, they ended up scanning for the code even though they were very busy that day and looked into the problem. We were lucky and it was able to be fixed and we were able to get home without any problems. They definitely saved the day for us."
